Our services are designed for use by businesses, OEMs, leasing companies, resellers, and dealers. By engaging with Ross International, you confirm that you are doing so on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to enter into binding agreements.

Ross International specializes in:
Purchase and resale of used office imaging equipment
Reverse logistics and trade-in programs
Warehousing and asset management
Export preparation and international shipping
Equipment testing, refurbishment, and recycling
All services are subject to specific agreements, quotes, or contracts issued between Ross International and the customer.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All offers to purchase or accept used equipment are based on:
Model, condition, and meter reading
Availability and market value at the time of quote
Proper packaging and accessibility of equipment for pickup
Quotes are valid for up to 60 days, unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on final inspection of equipment upon arrival.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Scheduled pickups and deliveries are subject to:
Clear access to equipment
Proper preparation (unplugged, disconnected, labeled)
Safe and legal loading zones
Ross International reserves the right to reschedule or decline pickup in the event of unsafe or inaccessible conditions. Customers may incur additional charges for rescheduling or non-compliance.
5. Equipment Condition
All incoming equipment must be:
Free of toner spills, biohazards, or hazardous materials
Described accurately in advance (model, condition, meter)
Unencumbered by third-party liens or restrictions
Ross International is not responsible for damage to units resulting from misrepresentation, improper packaging, or internal failure during transport.
6. Data Removal
Customers are responsible for ensuring all sensitive data is removed from devices prior to sale or transport. Ross offers optional data destruction services upon request, with documentation and certificates available. However, we do not accept liability for any residual data unless this service is explicitly contracted.
7. Payments
Payment terms are defined per transaction. Generally:
Payments for purchased equipment are processed after receipt and verification
Trade-in credits or reimbursements are issued within standard net terms
Discrepancies in condition or quantity may impact final payment
8. Warranties & Liability
Ross International sells all used equipment as-is, where-is, unless otherwise stated in writing. We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of used goods.
Ross International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption, data loss, or loss of profits.
9. Site Usage
All content, images, logos, and materials on the Ross International website are the property of Ross International or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the site in any way that could harm, disable, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
10. Termination
